Within the building sector, this organisation carries out Fire Risk Assessments for a variety of building types including High Rise residential Flats and Retail among others. All the fire risk assessments carried out by this organisation are in accordance with the Regulatory Reform Act 2005.

Person Specification: -

- The Fire Risk Assessor will have a good portfolio of Fire Risk Assessments

- The Fire Risk Assessor will be either NEBOSH or IFE Accredited

- The Fire Risk Assessor will have carried out Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with the 2005 Regulatory Reform Act 2005

- The Fire Risk Assessor will have a Clean Full Drivers License

- The Fire Risk Assessor will be able to provide own transport

- The Fire Risk Assessor will preferably have an accredited fire risk assessment qualification
